Stop passing on houses that need work
Buyers, homeowners, and agents often skip properties that need repairs because they don't know the financing exists. This class covers the loan options so you can keep those deals alive.

Buy or refinance and fund the repairs in one loan.
FHA renovation
Roll the purchase or refinance and the repair costs into one FHA loan, and which repairs qualify.
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac renovation
Conventional renovation options for primary homes, second homes, and some investment properties.
USDA renovation
How buyers in eligible rural areas can finance repairs with a USDA loan.
VA renovation
How eligible veterans can fund repairs and improvements with a VA renovation loan.
Investor financing
The tools investors use to buy, fix, and hold.
Fix-and-flip loans
Short-term financing that covers the purchase and the rehab for investors who resell.
The BRRRR financing stack
How fix-and-flip and DSCR loans combine to take a rental from purchase to long-term financing. See the five stages.
The financing behind the BRRRR strategy
